Affiliates
Affiliates are groups with special interests that are approved by the CEAL Executive Board. CEAL members may send a request to become a CEAL Affiliate by email to the CEAL president. The email request should include 1) the objectives of the group and 2) the name and affiliation of the convener.  If CEAL affiliated status is granted, the group's three-year term will begin following Executive Board approval at the AAS/CEAL annual meeting.

Affiliates must be open to any CEAL member in good standing, and their meetings must be announced on Eastlib. They must report to the board annually, including such information as the number of attendees at their annual meeting
