Council on East Asian Libraries (CEAL)

Purpose:

The Japanese Librarians Liaisons (JpnLibLiaisons) is a moderated listserv, sponsored by the Committee on Japanese Materials, Council on East Asian Libraries. It is a global communication network that allows Japanese/East Asian information specialists to share information about Japanese resources and Japanese studies. The subscribers are welcome to post questions, announcements, findings, and/or other issues pertinent to Japanese studies.

Membership Qualification:

JpnLibLiaisons is open to CEAL members and those who are currently employed at libraries and other information organizations and whose job responsibilities are pertinent to Japanese/East Asian studies collections. To join, send a subscription request including full name, position, and affiliation to: snoguchi@princeton.edu. Requests from non-affiliated individuals may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Terms of Use:

• The primary language of the list is English.
• All messages posted to the JpnLibLiaisons will be made available in its subscriber only archive.
