Welcome to CEAL!

According to article III, Section 2 of the CEAL Bylaws, CEAL membership requires "...membership in the Association of Asian Studies and payment of CEAL membership dues." Before submitting the CEAL membership application form, please join the Association of Asian Studies (AAS).  Your CEAL membership will become effective only after you have joined AAS.

Membership in AAS and payment of your CEAL membership dues ($30.00) grants you one subscription to the Journal of East Asian Libraries (JEAL). Please allow six weeks to receive your first issue of JEAL.

Please make your check or money order payable to "The Association for Asian Studies Inc.", and send it with a completed copy of the CEAL Membership Application form to :
