Position Summary: The Diamond Law Library of Columbia University seeks a creative and future-oriented leader as the Head of Cataloging. The incumbent will provide leadership in managing current staff in both original and copy cataloging for all formats and all languages, and will ensure that the highest national standards are met in bibliographic and authority control. The incumbent will work collaboratively with Technical Services and other library colleagues envisioning and implementing evolving services and workflows in innovative ways that improve turn-around time and enhance user services.
